Robert Taff is a Toms River, NJ native with over 30 years of experience in estate planning and administration, real estate, and general practice in the Ocean County Area. He has appeared as guest on numerous local radio shows and is a frequent lecturer before community, civic, and church organizations on topics involving estate and financial planning.
Mr. Taff is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, the NJ Bar Association, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. He has been voted as among the “best attorneys” by the Ocean County Observer and also NJ Biz Magazine.
Mr. Taff attended Rutgers College at Rutgers University, where he studied English and History before receiving his Juris Doctorate at Rutgers University School of Law.
With more than twenty years of legal experience, Mr. Davies currently focuses his practice on estate litigation, guardianships, elder law, estate planning and administration. He also represents clients in the Appellate Division, municipal court, and with real estate transactions. Mr. Davies regularly gives seminars and attends to Q&A sessions on estate planning, end of life issues, and charitable endowments to various community, religious, and civic organizations.
While primarily practicing in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Mr. Davies also represents clients in courts throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Davies experience has also led t his involvement in the reported decisions of In the matter of Catanio, 306 N.J. Super. 439 (App. Div. 1997) and Levchuk v. Jovich, 372 N.J. Super. 149 (Law Div. 2004).
Mr. Davies is a member of the NJ State Bar Association, the Ocean County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the District IIIA Ethics Committee and also serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Presbytery of Monmouth. Mr. Davies has also held various local civic and legal positions, which include Membership to the District IIIA Fee Arbitration Committee, Chairman of the Tinton Falls, NJ Planning Board, Member of the Tinton Falls Zoning Board of Adjustment, Membership to the Ranney School Board of Trustees and the Monmouth Regional High School Board of Education.
Mr. Davies attended Ursinus College in Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations and The Dickinson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Matthew Kalwinsky is a former law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Assignment Judge Superior Court, Monmouth Vicinage. His areas of practice include real estate, wills and estate planning, litigation, landlord-tenant issues, municipal court defense, and zoning and planning.
Mr. Kalwinsky is a member of the NJ Bar, the Ocean County Bar Association, and formerly of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Mr. Kalwinsky is a Toms River native. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a degree in English and continued onto Rutgers University School of Law where he was awarded a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While at Law School, Mr. Kalwinsky was an academic scholarship recipient and named to the prestigious Deans List of Rutgers University School of Law.

Mrs. Acker is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Taff & Davies who focuses her practice on real estate, wills and estate planning and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm Christina practiced in New York for five years, where she represented various lenders in Mortgage Default Litigation matters
Christina is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Ocean County Bar Association. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and continued on to Roger Williams University School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2012.
